These kind of questions are solved by the TRY BEFORE BUY model.
The demo version is technically identical to the full version - it
just do not contain some data. So try the demo
and anything that works in demo will work in the full version as well.

JNG is not a casual game - that's for sure. But the game offers an
easy difficulty level, which really should allow almost anybody to play
and actually win the whole campaing.

The game doesn't run properly. Is there anything I can do? |

Most of the problems in the past were caused by an obsolete graphic card or system. These are common causes:
1) You do not have an appropriate version of Direct X installed on your computer.
Please, download the latest version of Direct X from the Microsoft’s download page:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads .
2) Your graphic card is not able to work correctly with 32-bits color depth.
You can evade this problem by editing game.ini file located in game’s directory.
Open file in text editor (notepad e.g.) and change parameter "Bpp=32" to "Bpp=16".
This causes certain loss in quality as the number of colors displayed is lower.
3) Your graphic card does not have enough memory. JNG works with large
amount of graphics, so you need 32 MB of memory at least on your card
to store the images here. See paragraph 4.1. about game's minimum requirements.

I've updated the game, but it doesn't run now! I got message box saying something like "rig <> reflexive". What happened? |

This message indicates mixing of versions. It happens, when you buy
the game from a third party distributor and use the update downloaded
from our page. The distributors tend to alter the game's content
(adding wrappers, logos etc.), therefore the original RiG update is
not compatible with third party versions.
WE PROVIDE ALL UPDATES AND PATCHES TO OTHER DISTRIBUTORS OF THE GAME.
Ask the people you bought the game from for these, install them and everything should be fine.

You will get a link to a full version installation file .
Delivery time depends on payment method. You'll normally get the link
immediately, when you pay with a credit card. It takes some more time with Paypal (until the payment is processed).

We don't use registration keys to unlock the full version. You probably bought the game from another distributor.
We have licensed JnG to several third parties and they could add registration to the game according to their
marketing policy (which is beyod our control). Please contact the distributor you have bought the game from.
